Everyone is committed to doing their best work, and helping to build a great company. But we also don't take ourselves too seriously, and enjoy time outside of work together at company events.

Sauce Labs is a company where you can grow your career, and the executive team embraces this in every way. From top to bottom, everyone in company believes that we are building a great product and company culture, all while advancing our own careers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our transparent culture allows for everyone to feel comfortable sharing their feelings. I know that I can schedule time to go to coffee with our CEO, and that he will be present and listen to me. It's a great feeling when you know our opinion is valued.
