Leadership needs to order supplies before they run out, do laundry so we have the towels we need. They need to write down the things we need, not just ask verbally at the end of the day, then leave, then forget. They need to replace dead rechargeable batteries once it gets down to one battery.
Being human. Telling the truth. Empathy.
Being human. Listening. Working with people. Attempting not to take ALL the credit for work they did not do.
Being human beings. Speaking the truth. Avoiding lies.
Its Very apparent that what they preach isn't followed through with. The HR dept is very unorganized and frankly, unprofessional. The HR dept is designed to assist the employee and aid them in the help they need, not talk down to them in a demeaning way, I've seen it happen several times, several!

Management has less experience than the managed, & constantly makes the job harder because of lack of experience. I should at least be paid equally to positions that require less labor such as recycle tech.
Stock or some sort of profit sharing.
Being paid market value. The company underpays lower level employees.
Hourly employees should be paid for holidays after probation period, which by the way is an unheard of 120 days in our industry.

For working around chemicals that we are told what they are or how dangerous they are, I feel like we should get more.

I categorize both co-workers and management as attendance & work optional people. They don't have to show up. They don't have to work much more than what they feel like doing.
Listening to a lunatic rant and rave isn't productive.
Having an agenda or any semblance of a plan
Better communications from corporate hiaracy

Everyone is quick to blame other people.
Leadership. Effective Operations. Professionalism. They'll do anything for a sale, even sell you on something that doesn't exist or that they don't even plan to build/implement.
Honesty. Acting with dignity. Being kind.
Once again, the communication from corporate hiaracy. HR dept is a complete mess!

Care about employees as people not numbers
Perhaps the people could tell the truth about the company.
An actual interview process, as opposed to "selling me" the company. Being truthful about company size, amount employees etc, after I researched info told, not one thing I was told was true!
Review from Operations Dept
Management needs to be held accountable. Corporate needs to pay attention, but since it's an out of state company, it'll always be yes-men sweeping everything under a lumpy rug to hide their failings until they bounce to another job that's not so thrown together at the last moment.
Not always being told the truth
Review from Operations Dept
A more welcoming environment. Stop playing favorites and help non family members grow too.

Better pay. The hours are okay, the time we start is even manageable, but the pay for the job isn't worth the hassle of coming in.

Listen to employees not just revenue flow
Listen to employees and try to make real change
