- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Leadership. Effective Operations. Professionalism. They'll do anything for a sale, even sell you on something that doesn't exist or that they don't even plan to build/implement.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management needs to be held accountable. Corporate needs to pay attention, but since it's an out of state company, it'll always be yes-men sweeping everything under a lumpy rug to hide their failings until they bounce to another job that's not so thrown together at the last moment.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I categorize both co-workers and management as attendance & work optional people. They don't have to show up. They don't have to work much more than what they feel like doing.
