What is the best part about your compensation package?

We receive quarterly bonuses based on profits from the quarter!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are encouraged to come to work as our authentic self. No need to hide anything, we're accepted.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The process moved pretty quickly. There wasn't a lot of wondering or waiting around for the next step.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We actually work together, have open communication (despite being remote), and build on each others strengths for a more cohesive team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are open, honest, and candid with employees. They host monthly opportunities to hear from all of leadership and allow employees to ask any question, no matter how difficult the topic. It feels like they listen and take feedback to heart.
