What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open, honest, and candid with employees. They host monthly opportunities to hear from all of leadership and allow employees to ask any question, no matter how difficult the topic. It feels like they listen and take feedback to heart.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We actually work together, have open communication (despite being remote), and build on each others strengths for a more cohesive team.
Easy to work with, collaborative, and care about me as a person
We all pull from the same end of the rope. People pick up the slack when they can for employees that may be pulled in multiple directions. But we all seem to understand pulling in the same direction generates more growth.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are encouraged to come to work as our authentic self. No need to hide anything, we're accepted.
I feel included, the level of training is high, and the clients are great to work with.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The process moved pretty quickly. There wasn't a lot of wondering or waiting around for the next step.
I had a chance to meet with multiple people across different service lines and associates all the way up to CEO.
It was a very open conversation. It didn't feel overly formal.
