Great culture and benefits. Certain departments (finance and accounting) dont follow the companies core values like transparency with almost no communication
I love working for Schellman. Our work/life balance is amazing and we are reminded to take time off from the top down. We also have ERGs/EAGs that support a diverse group of employees from LGBTQ+ (PRIDE) to PPC (PRISM) to a parent group (FAM). There is something for everyone here.
Very open, good benefits, and fun place to work. We need better technology, as it seems to be lacking.
