What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I love that we have flexible start/end times in the day, as long as we complete our work and get 80 hours in a week.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Too much "water-cooler" chatter that stops production. No quality department means that some poor quality assemblies go on the shelf to ship to customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication with their staff about expectations and permission to grow role within the company.
