They aim to be transparent with the employees and they truly care about and believe in the science behind what we do.

People seem genuinely interested in our products, science, and learning is a big part of the company culture.

Treating all employees equally and providing the same opportunities to everyone
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is decent, but options are worthless
Food, money, sports, equipments, flexible working hours!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid 33k less than average for my position, and I work harder than most people I know in this profession.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is very close, honest, and has good communication. Teamwork is very easy to find if needed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Provide equal opportunities to all employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overwhelming culture of negativity and dragging others down
Tons of activities, team bonding opportunities, artistic events, etc. Our ERGs have awesome events throughout the year as well.
Very positive environment, focused on learning and helping each other and progressing.
