Overworked, understaffed, often unsafe provider-to-patient ratios with limited or no support.

I appreciate the support that SCP leaders convey to providers.

Company could do better. Leaders have little or no experience working with employees. Pay way way too low. Need higher wages and better supervisor and mgr team. Manager do too much micro managing. Not enough teamwork between dept. and the bonus plan is horrible. And human resource need revamp

Pay is nott fair. They hire new employees at much higher salary. And people they hire wont stay over 1 to2 yr.

Willingness to cover for each other

The individual doctors are great. We are just pimped out by corporate

cohesive, they anticipate patient needs ahead of time

Coworkers don't work together.Some are spoliled they try to get less work done as possibke.. Supervisor let them get away with lil work. Manager need to stop favoritism.

Most positive is work from home environment. Best best. Work at your own pace
