Executive team are exclusive, cliquey and care only about themselves.
Overworked, underpaid, unappreciated and understaffed. Leadership creates lots of ideas to change work flow but if you don't have enough staff they can not be accomplished. As much as you try to reach out to leadership they listen politely but accomplished nothing.
