What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication and open door policy
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Executive team are exclusive, cliquey and care only about themselves.
Leadership in itself. Most of the leaders do not have experience in health care and therefore truly don't understand the work flow and the amount of work that is placed on the MA's. They punish or fire you for not completing a task but never offer enough staff or help to accomplish all the work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that i get insurance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is comparable to minimum wage, the benefits are unaffordable but the workload is immense.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working and good at problem solving
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers all do the best they can but nobody stays because its not worth it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all try our best the help the patients, but Schweiger's bottom-line is to make money, that's it.
