What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good tax benefit , fair & apt.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I genuinely feel that more than increased compensation, if the organisation provides incentives based on targets, it would considerably increase the bandwidth for the employees.
Appraisals and salary revision needs to be done ASAP
Company needs to work for employment growth and encouragement towards work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team goals are understood by everyone and team are very active
one of the best teams to work with purely based on the energy and similar mindset.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always Helpful, solved problem of every employee
The culture here is positively peaceful and very flexible work timings is something I love about my company.
Scootsy have very positive working culture which includes, Challenging atmosphere, fun at work place, supportive, Motivating, comfortable, engaging, rewarding etc.
Scootsy hire's great people and gives them freedom to be awesome.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Before interview there is machine test which is done by own at home within time period. After clear machine test then will call for personal interview.
The interview questions and discussion were very precise and to the point and did not digress from the details required to the designation.
Very crisp and clear. Transparent about their requirement and expectations.

Open-minded people around - If all the people around us would be open minded we would all have something to gain. Happy and caring co-workers.
My Manager and co-workers and the atmosphere in office is something that I look forward to everyday!
