This job has been the best of my career by far. I feel supported and like I'm a part of something exciting, and I also love everyone I work with - that said, the boundaries are healthy and it never veers into the toxic "we're a family" view. All great people with wonderful brains. I love it.

The culture is really one of assuming the best out of each other, so all interactions are viewed through that lens.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO has been a game-changer. Many companies use this as the prisoner's dilemma or a false promise, but not at SCF.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly supportive and helpful, especially as I was onboarding and learning the ropes of the role. They are all positive but also authentic!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is truly transparent and open to feedback. I've worked many places where leadership says they want feedback but really it's just lip service - this is NOT the case at SCF. Everyone on the leadership team has proven they're honest, open, and cares about each employee's thoughts.
