Diversity and Inclusion at Scrum Alliance

Scrum Alliance remains committed to creating an inclusive environment, both within the organization and with the Scrum Alliance community. In 2024, we held events that were diverse and inclusive, selecting keynote speakers and panelists from a variety of backgrounds to ensure we promote varied experiences and perspectives. As part of amplifying voices historically underrepresented in agility, Scrum Alliance is committed to cultivating inclusivity and diversity in the spaces we create. As part of that commitment, we’ve partnered with Women in Agile and Agile in Color to amplify essential perspectives at our most recent scrum gathering in New Orleans.

Scrum Alliance also recently met with members of the Scrum Alliance community to discuss DEI efforts and garner feedback on ways to improve and broaden our impact as an organization committed to DEI. This will be used to create an action plan going into the latter half of 2024 and beginning of 2025.

Last, but not least, we also go above and beyond by providing accessibility features such as captioning, a low sensory room, and large print materials.
