Each site is different and some require more effort than others, I work at one of those sites that require A LOT more.
Better bonuses and profit shearing

Training is avaiable to whom wants to learn
help will be provided if need it to complete the task on hand

middle management needs to learn basic leadership skills.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The individuals I interviewed with demonstrated candor, which I appreciated. Everyone seemed genuinely excited to be a part of something special, working together towards a common goal. I wake up excited to contribute more and more each day!
