Mr. Jonathan W. Rider, also known as Jon, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of SeaChange International, Inc. since January 31, 2017. Mr. Rider served as Chief Information Officer of SeaChange International, Inc. from April 19, 2016 to January 31, 2017. Mr. Rider served as Chief Information Officer at Dynatrace LLC. Mr. Rider served as Senior Vice President of Technology and Engineering Divisions at Arcadia Solutions, LLC since January 2014. He was responsible for software development, quality assurance, information technology and Arcadia's managed services, security, hosting and infrastructure capabilities. Prior to Arcadia, he served as President and Chief Technology Officer for Jetstream Consulting, focusing on global large system analytics and process and performance enhancement. Previously, he was Vice President at PTC, Chief Information Officer at Gilbane Building Company, Vice President of Technology at Monster Worldwide and Chief Warrant Officer/Helicopter Instructor in the United States Army. He has over 25 years of technology experience. He is a Six-Sigma Black Belt and has more than 20 technology industry certifications and awards. He's received seven Golden Web Awards and was a decorated officer in the U.S. ARMY. He holds a M.B.A. in E-Business from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Aeronautics, Engineering/Aviation from Embry Riddle.
