Mr. Kielczewski is responsible for SeaChange's In Home business, the provider of set-top and multiscreen device software solutions for service provider customers globally. He joined SeaChange in May 2016 with the acquisition of Warsaw, Poland-based digital TV software developer and integrator DCC Labs where, as Chief Executive Officer, led it through a period of growth over seven years from December 2009 to April 2016. Previously, he served as Director at software developer 7bulls S.A. and Chief Executive Officer at Sentivision. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Sentivision Ltd. from December 2009 to April 2016 and served as its Vice President of Engineering at Sentivision Poland. He served as IT Director at 7bulls S.A. from September 2000 to February 2002. He holds BA from Warsaw University of Technology from 1995 to 2000.
