Mark Tubinis — Senior Vice President of Engineering & Global Services at SeaChange International

Mr. Mark Tubinis has been Senior Vice President of Engineering & Global Services at SeaChange International, Inc. since December 1, 2016. Mr. Tubinis is responsible for continuing the evolution of the SAFARI C(Cubed) Multimedia Switching System, with a particular emphasis on increasing scalability, operational simplicity and the development of new residential and business applications. Mr. Tubinis served as Chief Technical Officer of Genband II, Inc since April 30, 2007 and served as its Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Tubinis served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Solutions for home automation systems provider and IoT pioneer Savant Systems. He served as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering for Cedar Point Communications. He whose 30-year career with WaterCove Networks, joined Cedar Point after having served as a Vice President in the Mobile Solutions Division of Alcatel. During his three-year tenure with Alcatel, he headed the Packet Core and IMS Business Unit, a worldwide division, as a leading vendor of IMS products. He Co-Founded WaterCove Networks and served as its Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, that was acquired by Alcatel in 2004. He and his engineering team developed patented technology related to mobile data services and drove the creation of its mobile data switching solution product line. He served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Technology Officer of Innovative Telecom, as Chief Technology Officer of Summa Four and as Entrepreneur-In-Residence with Charles River Ventures. He serves as Member of Advisory Board of Cedar Point Communications, Inc., Airfusion, PeerApp and Starscriber. He served as Member of Advisory Board at Genband II, Inc. Mr. Tubinis holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and an M.S. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
