Mr. Peter R. Faubert has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration and Treasurer at SeaChange International, Inc. since July 07, 2016 with global responsibility for finance, operations and facilities. Mr. Faubert is a financial and operations executive with more than 20 years of domestic and international experience. His experience with software companies focused on video service providers, mobility and enterprise software. Mr. Faubert served as the Chief Financial Officer of This Technology, LLC since May 27, 2014. Mr. Faubert led This Technology, LLC's financial and operations strategy, management and reporting. He oversaw This Technology's human resources, strategic planning, legal and facilities functions. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Vision Government Solutions, Inc. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and acting Chief Operating Officer for MocoSpace. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of JNJ Mobile, Inc. (d/b/a MocoSpace), where he established revenue sharing and billing agreements with U.S. mobile service providers. Mr. Faubert served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Turbine, Inc. until June 2, 2009. Mr. Faubert established licensing and distribution agreements with leading gaming and entertainment brands globally. Prior to Turbine, Inc. in December 2005, he served as Vice President for Finance, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of L-1 Identity Solutions Inc. (formerly, Viisage Technology Inc.) until December 2, 2005. Before that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and was Co-Founder of Advanced Wireless Automation, an early stage technology company that designed wireless surveillance equipment. He served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Burntsand Inc., and held various financial management positions at Ariba, Inc. He began his career as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He served as a Manager in the transaction services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers' mergers and acquisitions practice and Deloitte & Touche's assurance and advisory services. He has served as a coach for the Entrepreneurship Development Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management since 2009. Mr. Faubert has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1996. Mr. Faubert holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in accounting and finance from Northeastern University.
