Emoathy and understanding of their employees. Even a sales based organization has the ethical duty to do what is right by their employees. This is why I have contacted OSHA at the federal level.
Motivating associates. You never know from day to day if you will have a job next month.

I was under valued as a glorified babysitter with no empowerment to manage the local Sears Hometown Store.
The local Sears hired milennials who do not listen, do not respect the levels of supervisor authority which in turn failed to foster a positive environment. Whrn the issue was raised with the next kevel of supervisor the milennials retaliated.
Honestly I feel bad for all the employees that I hired for this company. Overworked underpaid.
Have the ability to ring up for other associates who are not working that day.

The company culture is based on sales metrics. Hiwever, when they hand off a store with a bad image in a small town. Sales are not the first item to conquer as is refacing customer satisfaction that makes customers for life.

Distribution is horrible. Previous orders were stretched out months for delivery. Even when other items were ordered after the fact, thise orders came in a timely matter. Many disaplointed & frustrated customers.
