Executive Bio

Mr. R. Wayne Jackson has been the Chief Financial Officer of SecureWorks Corp. since July 2015. Mr. Jackson served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Concert from January 2000 to October 2002. He leads a Finance Team charged with driving the business forward with quality information and analysis, provided by world-class systems, processes and reporting. He joined Concert after more than 20 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and was its a Partner there since 1991. Most recently he was Audit Managing partner for the firm's Atlanta office. At PwC, Mr. Jackson was the lead engagement partner until June 2015. In addition, he served as the Global Leader of the PwC's Entertainment and Media Group from June 2004 through June 2007. Mr. Jackson also served at PwC in a variety of roles between July 1979 and January 2000. He holds BS with Accounting at the University of Alabama in 1979. He is a member of the Broadcast & Cable Financial Management Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
