What do you like best about the leadership team?
Engaged in the business but also empower their teams to do their jobs effectively.
Most of the leadership team got their positions through favoritism and not their experience or their ability to perform in their role. There are so many people in the wrong roles.
Mike Rocks and is transparent with his leadership
Current leaders have no appetite for risk, no are they innovator types. Too much process for a company this size. Struggling and lacking the courage to act strategically as a public company. All decisions are reactive and tactical.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop chasing a market capability that is saturated Remove the tone def CEO Understanding what Secureworks desires to be when it grows up.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair pay and benefit package
Strong benefit package that goes beyond the normal insurance offerings
The compensation is fair and similar to what I would get elsewhere.
High base and good bonus
Pay well, good benefits from Dell, PTO policy is good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stock options or stable bonus expectations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team was fantastic. We worked together well and helped one another out.

Smart people doing great work
Team wants to do the right thing, but silos and gridlock get in the way.
My team is excellent but most of us are considering moving on after bonuses
