What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are genuinely caring people.
They know their stuff, and want to see progress in the way things are done
This is one of the smartest, most caring executive leadership team I've met at a company. Each decision feels like it was well thought-out and prudent, even if I did not like each decision. As for caring, they have shown that, even during divestitures, their ultimate concern is of the departing EEs.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO, vacation time, sick & safe time & working remotely
Profit sharing and annual bonuses
Time off is decent could have a few more standard holidays
That I can get half of my profit shasking, and other half in 401k
401K and Short Term, Long Term
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Similar positions in other business units are a higher title, executive benefits, and pay for the similar work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Uplifting, encouraging. Fun, goal driven.
Everyone is accountable and gets their work done well without a lot of faff or fuss.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like everyone is usually pretty encouraging and willing to help.
People are very kind and genuine.
We go on walks together on our breaks

I liked the transparency and they were willing to answer all my questions
I got to meet people from other departments, not just the hiring department.
They made me feel comfortable through the process.

I like to be able to work remotely and still go into office on days when we want to
