What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are genuinely caring people.
They know their stuff, and want to see progress in the way things are done
This is one of the smartest, most caring executive leadership team I've met at a company. Each decision feels like it was well thought-out and prudent, even if I did not like each decision. As for caring, they have shown that, even during divestitures, their ultimate concern is of the departing EEs.

Leadership is very open with employees and gives employees the chance to share their voices and opinions through things like open attendance town halls.
