What do you like best about the leadership team?
Bring innovative ideas into solutions
Communication, transparency, radical candor and constant support from the SSC leadership team. A great, strong group to work for.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

What are some of the best things about your team?
Agile marketing philosophy, daily stand ups, open communication, collaboration and unifed support.
Super smart, committed people ! Awesome problems / hot space
Our team is the best in the industry. Everyone is incredibly bright, opinionated and passionate for the company to succeed

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love the all hands meetings, and amazing coworkers
We have a lot of opportunities for growth and learning within the company, everyone is very approachable - we work hard and play hard.
Everyone seems positive and ready to work.
Culture of execution and delivery. Company invests quite a bit in continuous learning and training on technology and security which is awesome. Open floor plan and flat organization where I have access or can approach anyone in the organization, even the CEO, and express opinions and concerns.
It's very collaborative. People encourage disciplined risk taking and it's very refreshing to see and be a part of.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was efficient with my time but gave me a diverse view of the company through different leaders.
Love the all hands meetings, and amazing coworkers
I was able to talk to several people who understand the details about what I do. That really encouraged me to work for the company. The CTO struck a good balance between vision, yet not too much about how to implement that vision.
I had a feedback loop from HR team on each step of the process - I was exposed to many facets of the organization.
Being able to speak with sr. leadership. Getting their visibility is very important when making the decision to move.

Love the all hands meetings, and amazing coworkers
New ideas, innovative approaches, and thought provoking feedback on my work.
Being able to innovate and create a brand new market which didn't exist. Listening to customer feedback during coffee and conversations meeting - and then building more value for them.
Learning every day and being able to foster new relationships!
