What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great company. Pay is very low. Benefits are not great. You don't work there for money. You work there because they make great products.

Insurance plan was good and fair

The company pay is not what it should be. Lots of people leaving for jobs that pay better.

My team has been together for a long time. We work great together.

Everything! The culture is horrible.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter was nice. Talked to me through all the steps of the process. The whole thing took less than 3 weeks.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The current management team needs to go away and leadership that cares needs to be hired.
It is hard to be motivated when you know you don't get paid enough and that the executives keep getting raises when the employees barely get anything.
