Everything needs to be worked on the corportate culture is discusting
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid well and there are lots of perks such as flexi days.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hopefully when the company reaches its potential it can also pay even the Average Salary for a UX Designer. I am happy for now and understand the sacrifices Startups have to make.

They're super smart and great to work with
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
have clear roles and responsabilities and expectations that people can understand rather than talking and putting meeting to keep toddling and gossiping
Our team consists of A+ personalities and go getters so we all work great together. We really need to improve on collaboration more instead of feeling like one person is better or more knowledgeable than the other.

People's connection to our purpose
We are trying to create the culture and environment. It's hard to establish when we all have so much to do.

Nothing. They care enormously for their staff with amazing daily rewards - free food and drink.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
the interview was one thing but the expectations based on feedback are all. I was meant to support and been in a position when the culture leader call out who is leading as if I wasn't in for the of other leaders and nobody said anything . Job description says support
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on something with a good purpose
I work on very interesting stuff. I have enormous autonomy. No one micro-manages me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
culture. stop saying is friendly where is about sabotage rather than collaborate
I think it's just the distance for me. I have to drive a long ways to get here but I can't really afford to move closer or get a travel vehicle just for work.
