Although my stations manager was way too controling and tried to micromanage even though he didnt have logistic history, the over all experience was positive until i left for maternity leave only to be told my position was filled when i tried to return.

The C Level Leadership team provides support and timely feed back 99.9% of the time. Our CEO is a phone call away and responds promptly.

Managers are very resourceful and supported daily operation working as team work.

It feels like a big team. Everyone does work together.

The leadership team needs to again ensure that each and every assoicate understands the operation from start to finish. There is no training especially from the operations manager or lead on your job duties.

The previous questions were misleading. We do not have stock options so I answered no. As a Strategic Partner I provide my own health insurance for my company. We are underpaid because in today's economy companies are struggling. I do feel that the splits to corporate could be adjusted.
