What makes you most happy at work?Being able to provide solutions to our customers complex transportation requirements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We operate as a team to provide our customers with excellent service.
What are some of the best things about your team?I have hired a diverse team that works well together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team needs to again ensure that each and every assoicate understands the operation from start to finish. There is no training especially from the operations manager or lead on your job duties.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The previous questions were misleading. We do not have stock options so I answered no. As a Strategic Partner I provide my own health insurance for my company. We are underpaid because in today's economy companies are struggling. I do feel that the splits to corporate could be adjusted.
