Select Medical Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

i dont know it is ok

The education resources available to staff to invest in themselves.

I have a fair salary and a bonus structure based on personal and team performance

The wage i am paid.

It seems fair in this matket

401k, differential, holiday pay bonus

medical coverage & 401 account

401k and fairly priced insurance

Amount of pto is great

Great selection of benefits, fair pay with bonus structure.

Paid time off, Vision and Dental

Review from Operations Dept

I am paid a very fair wage, even with little experience. They provide great hands on training to get you where you need to be.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The hourly salary compensation is fair.

Review from Operations Dept

Want better 401k match. Leave for children is terrible

Review from Operations Dept

It is equal to all

This is my first jobs since graduation, and I am pleased about the benefits and compensation offered to new grads.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

That my work status was reported properly so I can receive them

Higher pay for the work load required.

higher pay would be good

wages and benefits not at regional scale

They cancel shifts often and then you font get PTO. If you dont do your FT hours you earn no PTO even if they cancel your shift

If patient to therapist load would decrease it would make the job more satisfactory. Also pay needs to improve.

Compensation is unfair and not corelated to performance. The benefits package is extremely below par for industry standard.

I've been with the company 10 years and have never been acknowledged on any one of those years. Overworked, underpaid. Staff leaving yet we do same amount of work with no additional support or compensation.

New hires are making more money than staff that has been here for years

Agency getting paid way more money and half of them are lazy and don’t care to do things the right way which leaves more of a mess for hospital staff. Not asking for agency pay but asking for what I deserve and work hard for. Also to get paid on time and not retro paid my bonuses and all be taxe

Undervalued, under appreciated, lack of communication

Management expects too much work for the pay and hours.

Underpaid compared to other hospitals and what I was making before. A raise.

For the amount of parients we get in on a day, every houryour working, burning out, certifications and specialties still dont get you more payment. Really whats the point

I have no benefits at SMC since I am a prn or per diem employee.

Review from Operations Dept

I pretty much just pushed kids into going to physical therapy, costing their families money and taking away from time with school and their teams. I didn't feel that I was used to my potential and the stress I was under was not fully worth my payment.

Review from Operations Dept

THE INSURANCE IS MINIMAL COVERAGE AND GROSSLY OVER PRICED WITH HIGH PREMIUMS/DEDUCTIBLES/PERCENTAGES OUT OF POCKET

Review from Customer Support Dept

Over worked and under paid in a medical setting that puts patient care at risk.
