Seems they want more for less pay. No matter if they burn you out. They jusr get another unseasoned therapist to replace you
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of parients we get in on a day, every houryour working, burning out, certifications and specialties still dont get you more payment. Really whats the point
