I was never included in meetings. One clinic I worked at I did not know a new manager started three months previously
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have a functioning HR that spells out policies and has legally required information for employees. "Leadership" needs to talk to front line workers to actually determine problems instead of guessing.
