I was there for about a year and a half. I drank the kool aid and did what they said, but overall felt that my capabilities were not utilized both at my offsite assignment and definitely within the PT clinic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall support was nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We should stop treating patients like numbers, overworking ATCs and PTs by booking them solid, and allow for ATCs to work at their full capacity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I pretty much just pushed kids into going to physical therapy, costing their families money and taking away from time with school and their teams. I didn't feel that I was used to my potential and the stress I was under was not fully worth my payment.
