Everyone is very friendly and approachable and they are always there to help you with anything you need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid a very fair wage, even with little experience. They provide great hands on training to get you where you need to be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is top notch at Select Medical. The VP is very approachable and has a great open door policy. I have never had any issues at work, but I am comfortable knowing that I can reach out to any of the managers to get the help I may need.
