Have a functioning HR that spells out policies and has legally required information for employees. "Leadership" needs to talk to front line workers to actually determine problems instead of guessing.

Nurses dont answer phones, CNO ignores issues on the floor (such as staffing, falls)
Increase pay and show value for extras done
We should stop treating patients like numbers, overworking ATCs and PTs by booking them solid, and allow for ATCs to work at their full capacity.
Review from Operations Dept
MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO OVERHAUL THE PATIENT TO STAFF RATIO AND STOP LOOKING WHERE TO CUT AND INSTEAD LOOK AT WHERE TO BUILD BACK UP
