Think it would be best for employees do what they are paid to do and stop wasting other teams time with projects that do not sell product.

no internal advancement we have 4 relatively new supervisors that got their positions with less than 5years experience at the company and did not really bring any outside experience with them from the outside. Look at the older people that have put in the time and effort at the company.

Years of service should mean something, there is not much room for advancement
