I've been here a long time. Its gotten a little better over the years as far as culture. But we used to have a lot more fun as a company.

Making progress on projects and completing tasks.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is way too much gossip.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager is good, he is caring and hands off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Coat of insurance package is not good and pay is not comparable to parallel opportunities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have a good manager. He is hands off and lets me do my job without micromanaging.
