What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about the Select Sires leadership team is that they are goal-driven. They create clear, measurable goals and are willing to provide/fund the resources necessary for their employees to be successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part of my team is that we all bring different industry experiences to the team. The dairy industry is unique and having had different experiences within that industry is a huge benefit and allows us to approach projects from multiple perspectives.
