What are some of the best things about your team?
People care about each other and the work we're doing. Folks are committed to moving the company forward and work well as a team to do that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation package is fair. Combined with a great work environment, minimal politics and bureaucratic red tape, and great co-workers, the compensation package becomes that much more attractive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, honest environment. They have done a good job creating an environment that has minimal politics and maneuvering. They have created a family atmosphere where folks care about each other and are focused on making Select Sires a great company. All of this is much appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have managed to create an environment that is low on ego and selfishness/arrogance and favors a family, people-first atmosphere. This is one of our greatest assets, and it should be protected vigilantly. You may be able to make more money elsewhere, but you won't find this culture.
