I have a had a great experience at Select Sires. I was hired as an entry level employee and have spent almost 15 years with the company. I have been blessed to earn some promotions with the company and have felt fairly treated along the way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
there's very little micro management, which is great IMO.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like comparable to other peers in my field and current role compensation could be a little better
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Select is a good company that takes good care of its employees, vacation time, benefits and work life balance is probably very hard to duplicate somewhere else.
What makes you most happy at work?
BEING SUCCESFUL AS A TEAM AND ACCOMPLISHING THE GOALS AND DAY TO DAY WORK THAT NEEDS DONE, WHILE ENJOYING WORK AS MUCH AS ONE CAN ENJOY BEING AT WORK.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a manager of a facility we have a great team that jives really well together and enjoys interacting with each other. We also have a balance of strengths and weaknesses that compliment each other and help us succeed as a team.
