My time at Select Sirs has been nothing short of amazing. I have been given countless opportunities I never thought possible at this early in my career. Beyond the opportunities, the people I get to work with are all unique in their strengths and use that to reach the team's goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The amazing people I get to work with, whether that be coworkers or those outside the federation. I love working with the customers and different associations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When I started with the team they immediately made me feel like a integral part of the team. This team works well together to set and accomplish goals. My team also genuinely cares about me and how my life is going.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Select Sires has amazing people who genuinely care about one another. There always seems to be someone willing to help on the next project or task. Every morning my co-workers will stop by my office for a brief chat about what is happening in life.
