What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like being around individuals who come from a farming background, and most people are conservative on the political scale.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like how it seems that they take credit for the accomplishments of others, and end up getting publicly rewarded for it....

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The upper management seem to invest in what the board sees, instead of improving the facilities where the employees work. The company model seems to push the small farmer out of business.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need to be receptive of advise from more experienced employees, and value their workspace. They need to take responsibility of their mistakes, instead of letting someone else have to fix the problems they create.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees with the same job title, and same amount of years at the company are paid substantially more than me, although I have significantly more responsibilities. I feel that pay increases are results of certain biases and not necessarily reflective of an individual's workload.
