What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance and retirement packages are both very good and competitive for other companies in the area.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most everyone that I work with has the same outlook on the company goal. We all strive to do the best we can.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being around the people that make me happy. We all joke around with each other and have an overall good rapport. I really enjoy knowing that what I do everyday can make a difference to farmers around the world.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the coworkers I come into contact with are laid back, but they are also dedicated to doing the best they can. Everyone in my department realizes we are on the same team and we don't have to compete with each other since we have the same end goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like the way that the leadership teams in this company seem to remember what it was like to be the 'lower man on the totem pole'. Since they remember that, they treat everyone with the same amount of respect, and know how to talk to anyone without talking down to them.
