Select Sires leadership is always looking for ways to grow and expand.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work ethic needs to improve so we can work together as a team, and not push work loads off on just a few people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish select sires would be more competitive with thier wages and keep up with surrounding companies. I would also except my lesser pay if my manager didnt play favorites.
