What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not saying that it's great. Just thought my pay was fair. Unfortunately most of the fun fringe benefits just relate to OH based employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They - Like myself have the best interest of the company at heart. The leadership team for the most part are in the trenches working as hard as they ask their employees to work.
