What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open with everyone about expectations, goals, they communicate well and give feedback, both negative and positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing the difference that we make for these bulls and I love having a relationship with the farmers. It goes a long way to put faces with people on each end.
What are some of the best things about your team?
collectively, we are a hard working group that understands the importance of taking the best care of animals possible without taking short cuts. Also, we adapt well to change and are communicative. Most of the time it is a very positive work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We understand that our job is unique and physically hard, and that right now is a hard time for our industry in the United States. Despite that, we maintain a positive work environment that acknowledges the hard work that people are doing and strive to maintain the highest standards.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The generous PA time. With a family it is very important to be able to take time to stay home as needed and it truly feels like the company cares about family and understands that sometimes you have to take time off to deal with what life hands you!
