I appreciate that they acknowledge my skillset and make an effort to provide new opportunities to use and grow those skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employer 401K contribution. Although the initial % is less than previous companies I've worked for, I appreciate that it increases based on years of service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Genuine care for each other and for the success of our customers. A lot of companies tout that they care about their customer, but Select actually walks the walk.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to help each other even if they're under pressure to complete tasks. Open to new opinions and trying new approaches. Also, each member respectful and cares about one another.
