I have been very happy to work with such great people who share the same goals. Everyone is focused on driving positive results. It's not all about the processes in place but just the best way to drive positive outcomes. The people here are smart and give each other energy daily.
My experience is very positive
Overall talented and positive people. Some differences in work style and cultures given offices in other regions but people are generally nice. Some areas could use a boost in motivation.
