- What did you like most about the interview process?The open dialog about the role and what needs to be done to be successful. There wasn't any hiding of where things stood but just focus on being up front about the role and what it needed.
- What makes you most happy at work?I love engaging with customers and finding the right technology solutions to fit their needs. Focusing on custom solutions instead of trying to fit everything into a box.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?There are no egos, everyone just wants to help the company succeed. Everyone gets along and people like to hang out with each other.
