Open and honest about where the company stands. Everyone is approachable and will find time for anyone in the company.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is focused on getting the job done and doesn't focus on role definition but what is best for the org as a whole. Everyone gets along and is more than willing to jump in and help each other/share information with each other.
People, focus, can do attitude

There are no egos, everyone just wants to help the company succeed. Everyone gets along and people like to hang out with each other.
People, alignment, team get togethers
Helpful and nice people. Very polite and always willing to help each other.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The open dialog about the role and what needs to be done to be successful. There wasn't any hiding of where things stood but just focus on being up front about the role and what it needed.

Quick and straightforward. No random questions. Just adult and professional, open conversations about the company's goals and how my experience ties to current needs.

I love engaging with customers and finding the right technology solutions to fit their needs. Focusing on custom solutions instead of trying to fit everything into a box.
